The United Way sponsored a nationwide "Day of Action", on the longest day of the year, June 21st.  Pyramid Technologies helped the Volunteer Center of the United Way of Meriden & Wallingford by collecting personal care items for families in need.

Employees brought in items or donated cash.  Together, we raised over $150 to buy items like shampoo, soap, diapers and healthy cereals.  "My truck was full! " said Martha Gallagher, Human Resources Manager, "I just dropped off everything to the Child Guidance Clinic for Central Connecticut.  They were very appreciative for everything and amazed by all the stuff we brought them."
